Festive wellness event, join us for an afternoon of wholesome fun. Located at mindful movements beautiful upstairs Pilates studio in Gravesend, Kent. The event includes a Mat Pilates session by Alissa with a live DJ set from Hollie, playing a variety of house music along with some of your fav Xmas tunes with a twist. A breathwork/meditation session by (Shineyogaandpilates) Dawn, healthy beverages/nibbles, a lovely wellness goodie bag full of amazing treats and discount vouchers and a bare foot dance session to finish on a high. With those dancing like no ones watching vibes.
Festive outfits welcome, or just wear your fav festive coloured workout gear.
